Our client wanted us to design an edutainment event for the whole family. We have a diverse learning approach when designing for events. We cater to different types of learners by creating a variety of learning materials across different media formats. We created visually appealing stage graphic images, informative 8-page tri-folded event activity brochures that could be read during the waiting time in the auditorium, media screens for each creative activity, and information placards at each table aiming to engage and inform all participants. These materials not only welcomed attendees but also offered them a chance to explore the event's activities and topics further. We anticipated that these diverse learning tools will elevate the overall experience for participants, fostering a dynamic and enriching event at Asia Society, New York.
